Aftercare Instructions
For the first 24–48 hours:
✅ DO:
-
Keep the area clean and dry. Gently cleanse with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and lukewarm water.
-
Apply a soothing antiseptic or healing product if needed (e.g., witch hazel, aloe vera gel).
-
Use cold compresses to reduce redness and swelling if needed.
-
Avoid touching or scratching the treated area to prevent irritation or infection.
-
Apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) if the treated area is exposed to sunlight.
❌ AVOID:
-
No makeup, deodorants, or perfumed products on the treated area for 24 hours.
-
Don’t tweeze, wax, or thread hair in the treated area—this disrupts the treatment process.
-
Avoid tanning (sun or beds) for at least 48 hours.
Additional Tips:
-
Redness, swelling, and small scabs are normal and usually resolve within a few days.
-
Do not pick or scratch any scabs—this can cause scarring or hyperpigmentation.
-
Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy skincare routine between treatments.
